This page describes how autosel.lt moderates content and how we implement the requirements of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). The platform is operated by UAB „Autosel“, company code 307414544, Karveliškių g. 8, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Point of contact
A single point of contact for authorities (Art. 11 DSA) and for users of the Platform (Art. 12 DSA):
Email: [email protected] · Tel.: +370 699 03777
Communication is available in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
How content is moderated
A submitted listing or wall post is published automatically within a few minutes unless an Administration moderator rejects it in that time. The automated system only publishes content — decisions restricting content (rejection, removal, suspension) are in all cases made by a human. Published listings remain under review: moderators check new listings and the notices received. A previously rejected listing that is resubmitted is published only after a moderator approves it.
Content requirements and the list of prohibited content are published in the Terms of Use (autosel.lt/taisykles).
Reporting illegal content
If you notice potentially illegal content or content that violates the rules, report it (Art. 16 DSA):
- via the “Report” button on the listing page (for registered users), or
- by email to [email protected] — include a link to the content, the nature of the violation and an explanation.
We handle reports diligently, impartially and in a timely manner. The reporter is informed of the decision taken via an in-account notification or by email.
Statement of reasons
If we reject or remove a listing or restrict an account, we provide its owner with a statement of reasons (Art. 17 DSA): what was affected, the specific reason with a reference to the rule or legal provision infringed, the consequence, and the available means of redress.
Appeals
Disagree with a decision concerning your content or your report? Write to [email protected] within 14 calendar days — the decision will be reviewed by a human, and we will respond no later than within 15 calendar days.
You also have the right to turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Art. 21 DSA) or to a court.
Supervisory authority
The Digital Services Coordinator in Lithuania is the Communications Regulatory Authority of Lithuania (RRT, www.rrt.lt). You may submit a complaint about a possible DSA infringement to the RRT.
For personal data matters — the State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.vdai.lrv.lt).
Transparency reports
We will publish the transparency reports on content moderation required by the DSA on this page at the intervals prescribed by law.
